At the Department of Management, Finance, and Business Administration, the Scientific Club “Theory and Practice of Management” has been functioning since 2024. This scientific club serves as a platform for students who aspire to grasp the intricacies of management and develop their leadership skills. The club provides a unique opportunity to combine theoretical knowledge with practical skills, work on real projects, and delve deeper into the world of management.

Thematic directions of the scientific club:

 

♦  Market and Competitor Analysis: Researching various markets, analyzing the competitive environment, and identifying key success factors to understand market dynamics and make informed management decisions.

♦ Business Strategy DevelopmentParticipants generate ideas for business development, create strategies to achieve short-term and long-term company goals. This includes planning, risk management, and implementing innovative solutions.

  Practical Seminars and Trainings: Regular club meetings include seminars, master classes, and training sessions conducted by leading experts in the field of management. Students gain practical skills, exchange experiences, and expand their professional contacts.

As a result of the research work, students prepare and publish theses, articles, and reports at scientific-practical conferences.
