The purpose of the competition is to train specialists of the new generation at the European level, to form their knowledge and research skills, for whom establishment of professional mastery is a priority strategy for their life activities.
The main tasks of the competition:
♦ identifying and developing gifted students, promoting the realization of their abilities;
♦ stimulation of creative self-improvement of student youth;
♦ popularization of achievements of science, technology and innovative technologies;
♦ involvement of leading scientists, scientific, scientific and pedagogical workers in creative work with gifted youth.
The All-Ukrainian competition for student scientific papers in fields of knowledge and specialties is held in two rounds:
♦ the first round — at the university, November – January;
♦ the second round — in basic institutions of higher education, February – April.
According to the results of the first round, the best scientific works of students are selected for submission to the second round of the Competition (no more than three scientific works from each field of knowledge, specialty (specialization)) to basic institutions of higher education.
The winners of the II round are determined based on the results of an independent review and presentation of the best works at the final scientific conferences of the competition, held in basic institutions of higher education.
